Continuing Education Units

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are a nationally recognized measure of participation and completion of non-credit professional development learning activities sponsored by an approved and recognized provider.

CEUs can be used to:

• Provide employers with a history of an employee's professional development activities
• Apply for re-licensure or re-certification as defined by state agencies or professional organizations
• Provide a basis for an employee's eligibility for a salary increase or promotion
• Provide a record for Lifelong Learning Tax Credits

Please note:

1. CEUs are currently offered by Ohio University and Otterbein College and are $15/course
2. CEUs are earned at .1 unit per hour of course
3. Applications are sent directly to the college, not getskilled.com or MindLeaders.
